After signing up, a customer account will be created for you. Through this account, you'll be able to manage your payments. You can securely link your debit or credit card on the platform, and once linked, your invoices will be automatically generated.

Billing occurs on the first of each month, before services are provided. Payments for one-time or initial cleanups are due upon completion.
If you choose our recurring services, you'll be charged for the initial cleanup during the first visit, and then for the monthly service on the next visit.

Our service operates similarly to a garbage truck. We schedule the same pickup days, but our route times vary each week. You'll receive a notification on the morning of your service, followed by another one when we're 30-60 minutes away. Our working hours are from 9:00am until 6:00pm.

No, you don’t need to be home! We just ask for clear instructions and easy access to your backyard. If you have a reactive dog, please keep them indoors during our visit.

Yes, your pets health is a top priority for our team. We thoroughly disinfect all of our tools to prevent the spread of illness and disease.

Yes, we take all pet waste with us and it is properly disposed of using local waste management protocols.
* We do offer discounted pricing to leave on site in customers trash bins. Contact us directly if you'd prefer this option.

Yes, you may pause your service. Services that are placed on pause for more than 1 week are susceptible to an Initial Cleaning fee upon service resuming. This is determined based on yard condition at time of resuming.
